On Monday August 21st, more than seven million people across the US are expected to witness the first total solar eclipse across the country since 1918. The total eclipse is scheduled to begin at 10:16 in Government Point, Oregon, traveling across Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, North Carolina, Georgia and South Carolina, where it will end at 14:48. Even with a partial eclipse, it is still not recommended to look up at the sky without a filter to protect your eyes.
